What Would You Say You Do Here?

I manage ongoing ad campaigns for various clients in completely different industries, targeting diverse audiences across multiple platforms, which means I always have to be on top of things. I could be described as a professional juggler, keeping client’s ad campaigns in check throughout fluctuations. It can be challenging but also very rewarding!

What’s a Non-digital Marketing Skill / Hobby of Yours?

I love exploring and photographing old, abandoned buildings. Unfortunately, it’s a dying hobby, since many of these buildings are being demolished or repurposed.

What’s A Web Pet Peeve of Yours?

Websites that aren’t mobile-friendly. More than half of all website traffic comes from mobile, and yet the mobile user experience often gets ignored.

To You, What’s Essential When It Comes to a Successful Advertising Campaign?

Behind every successful advertising campaign is a great product or service. You can spend thousands of dollars on advertising, but if your product doesn’t meet consumers’ expectations, it won’t be profitable in the long run. Besides a great product, ad campaigns need to have a focused message with a strong value proposition. You need to understand consumers’ needs and communicate how your product fulfills those needs better than anything else available.

Lastly, What Do You Think Is the Most Effective Digital Advertising Platform and Why?

I don’t think there’s a single most effective platform, and I wouldn’t recommend putting all of your eggs in one basket. When it comes to advertising, each one has its advantages and disadvantages. Facebook is great for building awareness and finding new customers, but to achieve consistent results you often need to use something more conversion-driven, like Google search ads. It’s important to understand where your customers are, what they’re looking for and how each ad platform can contribute to the bigger picture for your business. The digital advertising space is constantly changing, but a comprehensive multi-channel strategy is future-proof.
